Pricing & Offers Schedule

This Schedule lists the current RY Studies products, prices and special offers. It forms part of, and is referenced by, our Terms & Conditions. We may update this Schedule from time to time; the price and product shown to you at checkout govern your purchase. Contact: info@rystudies.com.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include any VAT we are required to charge. Where the law of the buyer’s country requires destination VAT, the VAT-inclusive total is shown at checkout.

Access period. One-time purchases (Lite, Full) give 12 months of access from the date of purchase. The Free tier does not expire. Subscriptions continue for as long as you keep them.

“Fair use” limits exist to keep the Service available to everyone and to prevent automated abuse; we will contact you before restricting genuine study use. The free-tier allowances above are a one-time trial budget, not a recurring monthly amount.

2. Price changes

We may change prices for new purchases at any time. Your existing purchases are protected:

  • One-time purchases (Lite, Full). A price change never affects access you have already bought. Your 12 months run at the price you paid.
  • Subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for as long as you keep it — we do not raise the price of an active subscription without telling you first. If we ever change a subscription price, we give at least 30 days’ advance notice; you may cancel before it takes effect, and if you don’t, the new price applies only from your next billing period.
  • Founding Members. The €99/year founding rate is locked for as long as you remain continuously subscribed (see §3).

3. Founding Members offer (the first 30 students)

  • Who: the first 30 students to subscribe under this offer.
  • What: access to all 15 ACCA papers for €99/year instead of €179/year.
  • Price lock: your €99/year price is locked for as long as you remain continuously subscribed. If your subscription lapses or you cancel, the locked price ends and standard pricing applies if you resubscribe.
  • In return, you agree to: provide one honest review after 8 weeks of use, and give us permission to share your first name and your exam result for marketing. You can withdraw the marketing permission for future use at any time by emailing us, though we may keep already-published materials.
  • Refunds and withdrawal: the standard 14-day right of withdrawal and the Pass Guarantee apply (see the Refund & Withdrawal Policy).
  • Availability: the offer ends when 30 spots are taken or when we withdraw it. We may verify eligibility.

4. Other promotions

From time to time we may run discount codes or limited promotions. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion: applies to the products and period stated; cannot be combined with other offers; is non-transferable and has no cash value; and may be amended or withdrawn for future purchases at any time. The standard 14-day withdrawal right always applies to consumers.
